The two of us spent years basically trying every diet out there, e.g. paleo, keto, Atkins, juice cleanses, the master cleanse, clean eating, spending too much money on only organic foods…… the list could go on. Most of these diets did lead to weight loss in the short term, but that is the problem.
Results were always contained solely to the short term and were always followed by periods of overeating/binging, which led to gaining more weight than where we started leaving us depressed and frustrated!

anytime you’re eating at an extreme calorie deficit you will get the urge to binge and eventually fall off the wagon.
THE DIETS WEREN'T SUSTAINABLE
If a diet is asking me to cut out certain foods that I won’t be able to cut out forever I will never succeed! Yeah, low carb works in the short term, but let me ask… Do you really not want to ever be able to eat bread, ice cream, or brownies ever again?!
We definitely don’t! There is no shame in enjoying naughty treats. We only feel guilty when we overdo it, but if we don’t cut ourselves off from having it in the first place we won’t overdo it!
