Ever since I started working with Pocketblonde Fitness I have gone down almost 30 pounds! From 194-167. They helped me learn how to consistently track macros and I have been utilizing their training programs in the gym at least 4 days a week. Before I reached out to them I was trying to lose weight by eating low carb. They were able to set my macros to a maintenance level, gave me plenty of carbs, and I feel like I am consistently eating more than I was on low carb.

I'm Liz Saltis, I have known Lila for about 5 years now since we went to the same University where we cheered collegiately together.
